海濱小屋海灘和珊瑚飯店-全包(Casa Marina Beach & Reef All Inclusive)

I had a bad experience in this hotel and I would not reserve in this place ever again. First, they gave me a room that wasn’t ready. One of the beds was untidy and there were no power. They gave me another room with power and tidy beds but the shower and the phone didn’t work. Then, they changed to another room with a worse shower that did not work at all. At the end, they put me back in the second room and sent a handyman to change a piece of shower. After that, I realized the bathtub was full of ********** 🤢🤮 Seriously, It was more than obvious that they have troubles with cleanliness. We couldn’t eat at the restaurants because they only take reservations from the day before (I was staying for just 1 night 😐) so I had to go to the buffet which it was great for dinner, the food was delicious. However, breakfast wasn’t that tasty. The Omelette guy mixes all ingredients in the same bowl and then uses the same bowl to prepare the next omelette. Gross. I order an omelette with just cheese, and it tasted like onions. Gross. I selected this hotel because it looked like one of the best in the area but if this one was that gross, I can’t imagine how worse are the other ones around.

Un lugar muy bonito y acogedor, nos gustaría poder volver pronto.

I enjoyed my stay at Casa Marina. Nice friendly service. Conveniently located steps away from Playa Alicia. Also has its on private beach. Buffet restaurant couldn't be positioned any better to enjoy the beauty of the sea while enjoying a delicious meal. Breakfast lunch and dinner was always good you will always find something that's to your liking. Only thing that I didn't agree with is the guest policy, the hotel doesn't allow " outside guest." Other than that. I would stay again

I had the best time of my life best hotel

Es mi 4ta vez visitando Casa Marina, siempre ha sido uno de mis hoteles favoritos en Puerto Plata pero en esta ocasión tuve varios disgustos con el personal. No sé porque muchos estaban de mal humor, en mi caso me hablaron de mala manera en 2 ocasiones y pude ver como le hablaban mal a otros huéspedes. Creo que deben tener mejor sentido del servicio al cliente y no enfrentar con tonos de voz y palabras innecesarias a los que visitan el hotel. La comida aunque no hay tanta variedad pero si tenia un buen sabor en su gran mayoría y las instalaciones siguen en buen estado en una gran parte.

El servicio en el hotel fue malo, los empleados te hablan mal cuando pedías algo. Parece que no saben manejar una gran cantidad de personas. En las habitaciones no había señal y cuando fuimos a pedir que nos movieran de habitación donde hubiera mejor señal nos dijeron que eso no era problema de ellos. Los patios están descuidados y los jacuzzis (más por las personas) sucios. Los tragos sabían muy amargos así que había que irse por la opción segura Ron. No creo que volvería a este hotel jamás. El lugar es bonito, tienen playa privada. Me encantaron los jacuzzis con vista al mar, aunque no tienen agua caliente. La comida fue muy buena, y muy variada! Lo que no me gustó, es que algunos de los empleadod tienen una actitud no muy amigable.

En resumen es un hotel en mi lista del que no visitaría más, no hay de nada todo muy limitado y los meseros aveces servían a la mesa y otra veces no. Ni siquiera agua te ponían imagínate comer sin agua o un jugo.lo único que es demasiado bella es la vista que tienen y la playa es hermosa.
